Pros

Employee discount, including getting mailed coupons Coupons exclusively for friends/family Get to be around newest fashions Other employees were friendly for the most part

Cons

Pay for sales associates was not that great Sometimes overwhelming (once stood at the same register for five hours straight ringing customers up) Some departments are overlooked Duties of other departments sometime spill over to other departments Constant nagging to open credit accounts (understandable, but it was really annoying)
