      Pros

      Once you move to a specific division, like I did with men's shoes, the environment becomes more stable and you get more feedback. A good manager makes huge difference difference in terms of morale and work atmosphere, and there are a few good ones

      Cons

      Often feels like being a needle in a haystack. Not regularly evaluated so its disheartening to see people who don't care earning the same respect as someone who works hard. Senior management is non existent.

      If You Really Like Selling Clothes, Work Here

      Pros

      I got to meet many different people and attained customers of my own. I was really shy before I got the job and it really helped me gain a lot of confidence by forcing me to go outside my comfort zone. I learned many different clothing brand names I had never known before.

      Cons

      The big one here is that it can be really hard to get customers to open a credit card account. Your job is mostly based on how many customers you get to open an account. And you have to sell sell sell! Sell like mad. What made it really difficult to sell was when there were barely any customers around. I always seemed to be scheduled on days when it was really slow. You have to pick your schedule wisely here.

      good place to work and has many good people to work with. Pretty easy job with simple tasks if you ever had costumer service experience

      Cons

      needs to be harder on the workers to make my job a little easier. but other than that nothing else
