Pros

The people are what make the company tick. Because of the overwhelming amount of time you work, friendships with your coworkers are the upside to the job.

Cons

The salaries are a joke. You work extremely long hours, weekends, holidays and unless you are an entry level hourly employee you don't get paid for that time. The company's philosophy is to do more with less. If the job takes 3 people to do, one will suffice. In this instance since you are the sole person responsible for a project that requires multiple people to accomplish you will work your hardest not to be deemed a failure. You do so as you have no one else to back you up and say that the workload is too much.

Pros

It is a great way to learn the retail business. They have a great training program and you meet a lot of people. There are people that have been there for years, but I think that's because it's easy to get too comfortable.

Cons

The pay is horrible, and very old school type management. No one is ready to think outside of the box, especially on the operations side. If you are a buyer, life is good. If you aren't forget about it, they don't care about you.
