Pros

It's a place that one can work if you are in between jobs. I would not recommend someone pursue working there as a career unless the really love and are good at sales.

Cons

Having to harass customers to open credit Applications, Having to solicit people to do on-line surveys on performance, cirlcing and signing receipt, no regular schedules, little control over your schedule.

Pros

Salary, Health Benefits, Made a few lasting friendships and worked with great people.

Cons

-There are ongoing issues with leadership across multiple levels. Favoritism is common, and certain teams or individuals receive noticeably different treatment. Expectations are often unrealistic, and leadership does not seem to care how many hours employees have to put in to meet constantly shifting demands. -Employee well-being is not prioritized. The culture emphasizes output and numbers above everything else, and there is very little regard for burnout, workload balance, or psychological safety. -HR support is highly inconsistent. In many cases, employees do not receive meaningful help when they raise concerns about unfair treatment or problematic management. HR representatives can come off as dismissive, unprofessional, or uninterested in resolving issues. This creates an environment where employees feel unsafe speaking up. -There is a major lack of accountability. Certain employees consistently avoid doing their share of the work without facing any consequences, while the employees who actually perform end up taking on even more workload and pressure -The overall morale is low, and many employees feel unsupported or undervalued.

Pros

You can set what days you aren't available to work and they'll more than likely respect that.

Cons

Atrocious, inconsistent schedules. Intentionally scheduled me at the minimum amount of hours they could. Paid minimum wage despite my experience. Management was spineless around customers (no matter how abusive they got), disorganized, and unhelpful. Miscommunication between management and staff was rampant.
