Pros

As a commissioned sales rep, earnings are limitless and there are constant promotions that keep steady traffic through the store.

Cons

Overpriced goods of questionable quality. Employees are nameless to management. The Macy's brand seems to have lost its luster over the years.

Pros

The only pro I can think of is that I only worked part-time and only for about 3 months.

Cons

All the employees are rude, obnoxious and lazy. They also hate new people who are actually determined to work hard and do a good job. The interview process was taken so seriously and yet the work atmosphere is a big joke. Also don't work here if you are in college because apparently hours aren't flexible for that kind of thing.

Top down management / Benefits are really awful and expensive / Review process is old school / Bench Process is ridiculous / opportunities for a few people / too many contractors / too many layers of knowledge many points of contact extents turnaround and projects
