Pros

Knowledge not required, only previous Macy's experience. You can go from a technician to a Manager with no experience as long as you are a "yes" person.

Cons

HUGE turnover...low moral, NO benefits for 6 months (extremely high cost when available), NO 401k for 1-year, NO work from home policy, NO Bonus and the yearly merit is pretty non-existent! "The bench" is a process used to stop and hold any possibility of career advancement (an entire committee has to meet, meet and meet again..then all agree on placing you on the bench for a "possible" promotion)
