Pros
The managers I worked with treated you professionally and seem to take pride in what is being done on the sales floor. They were aware that most of the hourly people were not there for the long haul but treated them with respect just the same. Great team environment. Good first job for post high school people.
Cons
Most hourly workers get paid too little to stay very long. That seems to be the nature of the retail beast. Too many long nights, unable to get 9-5 schedule.
