Pros

A lot of autonomy and responsibility. Great team to work with. Growing business.

Cons

Can be ambiguous at times on priority of work, sometimes a bit too fast paced. Little 'set' procedure (which is primarily positive)

Pros

Really nice mix of young team members and industry veterans. You can feel the energy in the office. If you're young and want to learn you can. If you're an experienced manager there are team members eager to learn and see the company win. The messages we get from customers around Optimism and Mental Health are the cherry on top. Hard to describe the feeling of hearing someone say your work helped them during a dark time.

Cons

Need to be in office (DTLA) to be effective for most of the roles. Difficult to fully understand, and keep up with, the product if purely remote working. Seeing, feeling, the garments in person makes a difference.
