      Pros

      I have not seen any extra benefits since Madison took over our company. We can still work remotely. Flexibility.

      Cons

      As soon as Madison bought our company, they reorganized and segmented everyone. Our CEO is leaving. They only seem to worry about making cash over what their people need.

      Pros

      Opportunities for advancement if you want to be a manager - otherwise, forget it.

      Cons

      Money is THE ONLY THING that matters. You don't want to be a supplier to this company - at the end of the month or quarter, if you didn't make your financial goals, they withhold paying their vendors. Forget about getting any money for capital improvements unless it has an outrageously impossible payback. They are EXTREMELY tight in holding on to their money.
