fast decision-making by management, getting better at servicing customers well, great at category leadership for private labels of big retailers, lots to learn and good people grow and get promoted fast

Cons

big direction changed a lots in the last few years, leadership change was too frequent

Pros

Hybrid, good team spirit between employees.

Cons

Never have seen such unskilled, classist and clicky leadership in my career. If something didn’t succeed, leaders don’t hesitate to trash employees with no second thought about their doing in failures. Lack of diversity and converted racism is common and not monitored. Turnover is high and recovery plans change every minute without any insight of the why. Without forgetting the finance team who is so shady and bully with numbers that you never know how to pay suppliers.

Pros

Days fly by, steady and fast growth, lots of opportunity to be engaged at all levels of the company, across brands. Your voice will be heard, and is needed. Tons to do and learn while you are at it! and...there are fun perks like company parties, hybrid, summer Fridays...and a culture that embraces hard work and laughs.

Cons

You have to be a strong self advocate. Managers are learning on the job and this could improve. You also must be comfortable in an environment that can be chaotic and be flexibile, as priorities change quickly. It's super exciting for many, but not for those that prefer structure.
