Maesa is rapidly growing and evolving, with plenty of opportunity for growth and exposure to a wide range of projects and topics. The company is becoming a sizeable player in Beauty, and seems to be finding its stride after a few tumultuous years with frequent leadership changes. There are a lot of great people at the company, the office is beautiful, and there are some fun and creative brands

Cons

Growing pains! Maesa is stuck a bit between an established company and the start up it once was. Processes are constantly evolving as the company finds the right balance, which can cause friction. Things do seem to be improving though
