Pros

a lot of great people, cool innovation, company is growing, new leadership is seeming to slowly take things in the right direction, good PTO, summer fridays, nice office

Cons

way too heavy of a workload, extreme lack of boundaries...OG management expects you to answer at all hours, poor planning...everything is last minute, poor organization, bonuses aren't great, drama, the list goes on. all of this leads to the horrible retention...can't keep good talent!

Cons

Dysfunctional. Absolutely no work life balance. You are expected to work unreasonable hours and will continue to get calls and e-mails the few hours you are actually free. Management is a disaster. They do not know how to manage or lead. Horrible business model. Just a disaster. Run away.
