Pros

The PTO is great and so is the hybrid setting.

Cons

I encountered challenges with the workplace environment, including a lack of inclusivity among colleagues, evident cliquish behavior, and frequent instances of office politics. As a newcomer, integrating into the team proved difficult. Additionally, I observed deficiencies in organizational structure and team alignment, which contributed to inefficiencies. Furthermore, I perceived instances of favoritism displayed by management, which impacted team dynamics and morale negatively.

Cons

No common company goals- every department has conflicting goals. Irresponsible growth plans set forth by management/company owners. Expected (re: required) to work while on PTO. Gaslighting - everyone plays the blame game. 90% of the company is overworked to the point where they are so far behind on emails that they'll accuse you of not doing something that you've already responded to days, sometimes weeks earlier. Upper management is overly involved with the minutia of the day to day.
