Pros

There were budgets for equipment and resources and that was a bonus. Summer Fridays, snacks.

Cons

Highly unprofessional and dysfunctional behavior which stems from the CEO. Ego runs everything and favoritism wins out over rational decision making. I saw more people come and go in about two years than I ever have in any job in my life.

Pros

Maesa is a great environment for people who are willing to take the time to learn and engage themselves in processes. It is a very fast paced entrepreneurial environment which allows you to make yourself more rounded and get exposure to things you may not be a part of at a larger organization. Management is doing their best but of course, your success is not all dependent on them. You get what you put into it!

Pros

Many nice people to work with. Fast growing (too fast!).

Cons

Connection and lip services are all that matters for career advancement. Your talent, hard work, merit, etc don't really matter. A burnout generating madhouse. Nice work life balance if you are in the right department. Very high turnover!
