Pros

Maesa is a great environment for people who are willing to take the time to learn and engage themselves in processes. It is a very fast paced entrepreneurial environment which allows you to make yourself more rounded and get exposure to things you may not be a part of at a larger organization. Management is doing their best but of course, your success is not all dependent on them. You get what you put into it!

Leadership is thoughtful and open to feedback. Great culture, great teamwork environment. Great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow. Fast pace environment

Pros

Maesa is made up of a group of really smart people who are able to work very hard while enjoying the work they do in a fast paced environment. The company is always taking on great accounts and projects. A lot of opportunity to take on more responsibilities and nice exposure to all different departments and aspects of the business. Exciting to be part of a company that is growing quickly. A truly great place to work and grow!

Cons

The work environment is very fast paced and employees must be comfortable taking on a lot and being able to multitask. This may also be seen as a pro.
