      Nice views from the office, if you have time to notice

      Cons

      This is a true sink-or-swim workplace that leads to burnout quickly. There is little structure, high turnover, and work is constantly dumped on those who remain. Toxic and abrasive behavior is normalized, starting at the top and filtering down. The culture is cliquish, with minimal support for anyone—especially from the director level and above—where leadership operates from an ivory tower with little regard for others. This is one of the most toxic work environments I’ve experienced. Proceed with caution and don’t be misled by the positive reviews.

      Pros

      Somewhat decent pay, free products, early access to launches, and generous welcome gift bags with nice quality items. Certain areas of the office are visually impressive, but the culture and energy fall short of matching the space.

      Cons

      From the beginning, it was noticeably clear this was a true “sink or swim” workplace that leaving you mentally drained and burnt out. In addition to the lack of structure. It’s also apparent, toxic and abrasive behavior is the norm, starting at the top which makes sense why it has trickled down. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, stress happens but my instincts were right from the beginning. It doesn’t help that the culture is cliquish, with little interest in welcoming or supporting new people, even within your own team. I have never experienced a work environment this unhealthy. If you can completely detach and treat it as nothing more than a paycheck, you might survive, but expect nothing beyond that. Proceed with caution.

      Chaos all the time. Turnover is high so work will always be dumped on you. As others have mentioned, it's not worth it - don't believe the positive reviews
