      Pros

      There are perks that other companies don’t have- summer fridays, lunch and learns, volunteer opportunities. I believe that if you start in a lower level position, you could potentially learn a lot from this company.

      Cons

      This company thrives on chaos and is very fast paced- there are some that thrive and some that are chewed up and spit out. Management sometimes doesn’t make the best decisions for the company because what they want done is more important than how it will effect the employees day to day lives. Most of upper management have been there fr 10, 15+ years and are stuck in their ways… not adapting with the times. People are promoted without proper training on how to manage people, causing very toxic work environment.

      Excellent benefits and PTO, hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      Working in ops is hard. You are pulled in 7 different direction at once. Maesa vendors are always in credit hold which makes your work even harder. Yet they expect a 95%+ fill rate.
