The company is literally a sinking ship, leadership team changes every few months, the company is struggling with cash constraints for over a year now, but keeps reporting that all is good during Town Halls. They use you all, until you just give up and leave, no room for growth

People come from other toxic work environments to make this place even more toxic. There's a constant runaround and promise that things will change, new opportunities will come, brands will receive funding to actually be successful, but time and time again, it's proven that it's just talk to hold people over. Work here has turned into doing it to keep the brands alive and because we have to do something during the work day. There's a lack of motivation, people fail to hold others accountable because they have personal friendships and people are in manager positions with very poor management styles. A lot of people stay because they like some of the people on their team, but that can't be the only thing.
