      PTO. Free samples. Physical office is lovely.

      Cons

      Gaslighting is rampant. No clear direction. Overt favoritism. Management pits coworkers against each other. Upper management has major mood issues. I witnessed a near fist fight of 2 c suite over a seating chart. 😳

      Pros

      There are celebrity clients, and free beauty products.

      Cons

      There is no company culture whatsoever. All ideas for events are shut down, so there are no team-building activities, or anything that would make you want to stay at this company. Management is terrible, and couldn't care less about you. You just feel like another employee, and there is no positive recognition, only negative. Turnover is extremely high, and the pay is terrible. Employees are also very cliquey, and make you feel like an outcast. I do not recommend working here.

      Pros

      Many nice people to work with. Fast growing (too fast!).

      Cons

      Connection and lip services are all that matters for career advancement. Your talent, hard work, merit, etc don't really matter. A burnout generating madhouse. Nice work life balance if you are in the right department. Very high turnover!
