Awful incompetent leadership that aren't great at their jobs and don't study their functional areas to keep up with the times. Low support for minority workers looking to advance. Lots of favoritism and cliques Insane hours and workload Growth trajectory is unclear and based on the whim vs qualifications and performance. Creativity can be stifled. Upper management can be rude and demeaning.
