Great place, but a lot under the surface needs to be fixed.

Pros
Maestro is great because of the snacks, tech, people, and flexibility. Being able to work from home is nice, and you can bring in your dog from time to time too! Everyone is very friendly, and the location is great, too.
Cons
Leadership team isn't very strong, or at least during my time they didn't appear to be united as one. Multiple meetings happened where leaders weren't prepared, or simply didn't seem interested in whatever was being presented. I experienced quite a few moments of toxic work environment behavior and it generally goes unchecked because there is no HR rep or office, or safe way to say something without it backfiring on you, or making things incredibly uncomfortable. Not a lot of room for upward mobility unless someone leaves.

Pros
The culture is unlike any place I've ever worked. Everyone is friendly and genuinely love what they do and who they work with. Maestro understands there is more to life than work and gives their employees flexibility to take care of what they need to and enjoy time away from the office.
Cons
Honestly no major complaints! Sometimes the office can get loud, but that's what headphones are for.
