Pros
- Fantastic coworkers, looked forward to interacting with them on a daily basis - Software development work for a variety of clients, you probably won't get bored easily - Relaxed dress code - Unlimited Coke Zero and other kinds of soda - Excellent work/life balance
Cons
- Management does not understand the industry they are in - Management is very price sensitive, the free option is always considered first, even when it shouldn't be - Certain groups within the company avoid doing actual work at all costs, this is extremely frustrating - They actually have gluten free snacks
