Pros

Highly impressed by the honest and upfront approach taken by the interviewers and the HR team at Magaya. Both teams made you feel valued, and each interaction showed a level of care and respect for the applicant. In an era of a systematic approach to interviews and onboarding, it was refreshing to find a company that prides itself on forming a relationship with a prospective new employee.

There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow within the company. Plus my coworkers are super smart and friendly.

Cons

The work can get stressful at times but that can be expected anywhere else.
