      Pros

      They will hire you with little to no experience. Employees are very nice.

      Cons

      You will be buried in paperwork. This company is on the rocks with all of their customers, so getting anything approved is a nightmare. They are behind the times as far as technology goes, so finding data you need is much harder than at other companies. All in all they are never proactive just reactive. Raises are small so there is a lot of turnover.

      Pros

      Not heavily micromanaged on legacy products (NPIs are different). Small company feel.

      Cons

      Do not invest in non-new product / contracts. Heavy focus on daily production deliveries rather than focused on correcting root causes. A lot of firefighting on same issues. Customers (OEMs) are down your pants.
