      Pros

      great people to work with. Great benefits and pension with Magellan. Management did their jobs. Really enjoyed working there would go back if asked

      Cons

      the industry contacts were never stable. Work went outside and back to headquarters. Unfortunely this is the way of manufacturing is working now a days.
