Health and Dental insurance is good, flexible on working hours to come in early and leave early if needed

Cons

No vision insurance, no AC in the main shop area for the summer and cold inside during the winter. Building is falling apart, roof falling in over one area so they just make you wear a hard hat when going in. Mens restroom urinals leak so your standing in urine while using them
