      Interesting product and some good customers

      Some directors absolutely pathetic and lacking people skills. 13 years of hard work: - no training - no development - no options - no exit interview - no good bye All that because you questioned your boss's methods once :-) Lots of key people left from the UK sites in the last few years and the ones who are still fighting are stressed and pushed to the limit. Is £10k pay gap between the same positions accross the group supposed to motivate somebody?

      Pros

      Close to home and average pay. It's accessible by Brampton transit but you can easily get there via the 400 series highway if you have a car

      Cons

      There is so much nepotism it's a joke. You're hired and promoted based on who you are related to in the company. Don't go here unless you absolutely cannot find a job else where, which I'm sure you can. You can often judge a company's performance by the condition of their bathrooms (just like hotels). I have to say, their bathroom is sub-par.

      It is in a competitive market

      Cons

      management are rubbish. They have policy that they only pay suppliers when they phone. So if supplier is on 30 day terms, they may not get paid for up to 5-6 months. They have an FD who just authorises payment. one a person collapsed due to work overload.
