      Pros

      No pros, except getting salary (not much) on time.

      Cons

      Horrible and corrupt management, no scope of growth, underpaid workers, toxic culture, no leaves and much more. Corporation and division on different page so policies don't make sense. you get mentally drained and you work with incompetent management. Horrible division head.

      The job in union, 2 switch shift,2 weeks day, 2 weeks evening.

      Cons

      Not an expanding company, contractor work for f35. Run by old white men, in an American fashion. Anything unique, or bring in a low profit, is discontinued.

      Free coffee machine put in, but once it’s gone it’s gone so be quick

      Cons

      It’s getting worse not better, poor decisions by UK senior leaders, no trust, no team work, out for themselves, even throw one another under the bus, don’t look after each other
