Great place to put time on your resume! But Completely Empty inside!
Pros
I will put the review for Magellan Aerospace Winnipeg. People who are working in shop floor are friendly. If you don’t do bad things, you won’t get fired even if you don’t perform well but you know people up there. I m not sure this is a good thing?
Cons
There is no culture to implement and improve anything. From senior management to the shop floor , no one wants to change the way what they have been doing. Everyone wants their is paycheque is coming on time and the retirement is approaching. Literally , this place is a retirement house. If you look at the senior managers current and past, their seniority, their achievements (former managers). Except newly hires (hired from outside), all the managers senior managers got their place because they knew someone not because they performed well.
