      Pros

      Well - None. Just a source of income.

      Cons

      Many - This space is too small to list them all. 1) Pathetic management 2) Very low motivation of employees 3) Low salaries 4) Very narrow minded staff 5) Zero Bonus/Incentives 6) Work culture SUCKS !!!

      Pros

      You work with great people who are sharp, professional, willing to help you, and highly skilled in their field. I had the opportunity to work on some amazing aerospace projects during my time there.

      Cons

      Low pay resulted in high turn-over rate. There were a few long-term employees and I'm not sure what they were paid, but for recent recruits management tried to stem the attrition rate with high raises (in my case 30% increase over 4 years) but ultimately I was able to find a position at another company and still receive a 25% salary bump over my final Magellan salary (and with similar benefits).

      Pros

      Room to advance if you want to achieve, small core of doers. Union salary, benefits and pension.

      Cons

      Changes are hard to implement; culture and motivation can be a drag. Older technologies, in house systems.
