      Management are fake and are rude and treated any un unionised staff poorly and dissmis people for no real reason Large staff turnover

      Having worked in the Winnipeg aerospace industry now for +20yrs I've had experience at 2 of the 3 "Big 3" players in Winnipeg (them being Boeing, Standard Aero, and Magellan) here at Magellan you feel like you are actually a part of something - not just collecting a pay cheque. There is actually opportunity to share your ideas and have them heard! I'm fortunate to have found a "home" with a company that values its employees. Sure, the money can always be better. That said, the culture and environment at Magellan is somewhat of an intangible that (for me) made all the difference. Enjoying your work, and feeling a part of something goes a long way in ones career

      Cons

      I would say the only "downside" is the pay scale when compared to either Boeing or Standard. If the size of your pay cheque is all that matters to you, best look elsewhere. If you appreciate work/life balance, and feeling appreciated for what you bring to the table? Magellan is a great company to work for.
