Over the past 3–4 years, changes within the senior management team have created a more challenging work environment. Many employees have experienced increased stress due to perceived micromanagement, favoritism, and a lack of openness to differing viewpoints or constructive feedback. Leadership and communication styles within certain areas of the organization, especially Operations, have contributed to low employee morale and have been factors in the high turnover experienced at the Mississauga, Ontario, Canada location. A word of caution for anyone planning to take up a role under the current Director of Operations, as it can turn into a living nightmare. That said, aside from a few directors within Operations and Quality, the company offers many positive aspects and has historically been a great place to work. There are many dedicated employees and leaders who genuinely care about the organization's success and its people.
