      Pros

      Shifts are good if you don’t mind weekend work. Fair chance to get promoted if you get your head down. Shop floor staff friendly and easy to get on with.

      Cons

      Currently dropping the skill level on the shop floor as they don’t pay enough to get skilled workers in so spend most of the day repeating the basics of engineering to carpet fitters and painters.
