Pros

Work life balance was good. Benefits were above average, especially health care and dental programs. Very clean work environment, especially for a manufacturing facility

Cons

High turn over, especially in the quality and manufacturing engineering department. Certain managers we difficult to get along with. Also did not help having the customer on-site over seeing every decision

Decent Pay. Always something to do. Never a boring day at Magellan. Some of the people are great good hearted people.

Cons

A lot of negativity. Looks like the facilities are old and breaking down. Management there is at an old style of working things. The environment and work culture there is that of a pirate's ship.
