Cool products manufactured such as components on the F-35, and Satellite bus. High technology.

Cons

1) Culture is terrible. Focused on blame, and unrealistic expectations. 2) Little upward mobility. 3) Lots of family nepotism. 4) Most employees are either in their 20's or 50's. A lot of people leave after a few years of work experience. 5) HR policies treat employees like robots. Weekly time sheets for everyone. 6) New ideas are not encouraged. Just stay away.
