      Good benefits and great people to work with. The company does have a lot of flexibility in terms of where you can move to.

      A lot of turnover in management. IT has a lot of problems and is extremely understaffed across the board

      Management from DC VP down needs to be revamped. No commuication from management No support from management Senior management either ignores or is now aware of how bad thier middle management is.
