Decent pay and benefits. Co workers are nice

This place is EXTREMELY strict. I literally feel like prison would give me more freedom. They watch your face on camera all day and if you go off camera more than 5 times they fire you. If you call out sick the first 90 days they fire you. They have you take pictures of your work station. They don’t let you work at “the kitchen table”. 6 different managers lecture us that they can see your screen all day and your camera. They check reflection if you use your phone.

The patients were motivated and nice to work with.

Cons

A "40 hour a week job" is actually 80 hours, with no overtime pay. Nights, weekends, holidays. You will be working. Incredibly demanding job. Managers who breathe down your neck. You can find way better jobs for better pay and a lot fewer hours.
