Pros

great company that really support staff, the salary is good

Cons

living and working overseas with a directive that you can not socialize with anyone on the base you work on is insane and leads to burnout and poor work life balance. Some of the school counselors are horrible to work with, the daycare centers can be really tough to work in, expect to get sick a lot,

Pros

Great team to work with. Outstanding manager.

Cons

Senior leadership doesn't listen to the frontline staff when making changes/updates to software and/or policies. They appear to be out of touch with what it takes to manage the contracts they jump into. No real concern shown for how promises made to potential client employers will affect the people actually working those contracts. Senior leadership has been known to "promise the moon" and then fail to include those items in the contract so the client gets angry when those aren't fulfilled. Company has been known to treat salaried/exempt staff like hourly staff.
