They definitely will pay you on time.

Cons

You will claw for each pay increase (they do not happen regularly), you will be assigned projects above your pay grade without additional compensation or suitable rank increase, you will be consistently micro managed by agents who haven't had to take a call in years, you will not be promoted despite reviews or accolades.
