Pros
Sign on bonus. Lots to learn but once put into practice, not a hard position. Company supplies all equipment. Opportunity for advancement as they must hire often, quick turnover.
Cons
All of their systems have constant issues, everyone listing issues with the same systems daily in teams. Upper management blame employee internet speeds, however everyone has the same exact system issues every day. There is blatant favoritism shown by some supervisors.
