      Salaried employees enjoy a good life/work balance (work from home is available in most departments), paid time off (which you can use before you accrue), and a decent competitive benefits package. There is potential for growth in all positions which include senior and manager levels. Direct, mid-level management is generally good.

      Cons

      Communication appears to digress when directives are pushed down from upper management. Suggestions are dismissed or go unheard which many times leads to confusion.
