      Pros

      They offer great vacation time and are flexible with work schedule. Variety of positions within the company as well as numerous work-at-home positions.

      Cons

      Makes exceptions to policies as they see fit. Most management plays favorites and those are the people that move up in the company regardless of qualifications or job performance. Rewards employees who are unethical. ie. employees that steal office supplies

      Pros

      A lot of support from the corporate level. Very intelligent leadership. Many of the employees have worked in the same type of position, under the same contract, but with a different employer. Thus, you have a wealth of knowledge.

      Cons

      Some micromanagement from corporate. Too little internal-facing leadership. Most of the good leaders are good at leading community stakeholders. No regular employee promotions of any note.
