      they do not respect long term employees ot their own employees mental health needs, they do not have your back

      Pros

      good pay after some seniority is achieved, vacation time accrual is good, great co-workers, benefits good but costly, did enjoy some aspects of my job

      they have no respect for the work employees do, the caseloads are unmanagable, they do not hear any good feedback you have despite being around for some time, they address thert consumers mental health needs but do not care at all about their employee's who need care, they have a great website about stress managment, taking care of you needs, mental wellness but don't really understand mwntal wellness of their employees in the least, they have denied disability for mental health issues of employees and they are a mental health coorporation, they also do not understand when an emplooyee is having problems despite being a mental health company, oxymoron isn't it.
