      Pros

      One of the best reasons is the opportunity to become a team lead or manager.

      Cons

      High turnover, low morale. Firms continually try to reward by low budget luncheons or non financial rewards. Bottom line is, money talks.

      Pros

      Benefits package is pretty good, the company tries to keep the cost down for employees.

      Cons

      Beware of what IT group you get in, I have been in two. One group was ok to work with, and the team would help you out, but the group I am in now is pretty much cut throat, you don't learn anything, they won't tell you anything, and the manangement completely ignores you if you are not in the St Louis location. You are treated like you don't exist if you are outside of that location, even working from home.
