my supervisor was great …

it’s impossible to have a work life balance. you try to take off work but it rarely gets approved. PTO is a pain to use IF you get to use it. they don’t care about you as a person you are just a number taking calls all day long there is no room for growth either. you have to be in a department for a year but moving departments is next to impossible.
