Pros
Online ESL teachers know how hard it can be out there, the pay can be low, if the pay's good the company is a mess.. I've changed many companies and when I first started working at ME they were much smaller(growing so fast) and I was sceptic, didn't seem real, I didn't just find employers, I found friends, literally! (I know I sound like a commercial, but that's simply the truth). So normally my first thought was-they're faking it, but nope, I'm still here and the situation is just getting better. They are not all about getting from you what they need, work as a robot for their profit, the student as the customer is always right and can do whatever, no.. they'll do anything to protect their teachers, to help with everything, to encourage, advise, help you and give you a chance to grow with them and take more responsibilities with changing/adding positions (I started as a teacher, then became an interviewer), they'll really do just about anything to make you feel good working for them.
I would most honestly recommend this company to every single teacher out there, and I'd sleep peacefully :)
Cons
The only thing was the platform and bugs, but it's fixed (they asked us what's wrong with our platform, what do you need us to change..and they've changed every single thing, imagine that)
