      - Good WLB - Great people to work with, lots of talent that know their stuff. - When there's work to do, the work is rewarding and fulfilling - PTO is manager approval

      Good cooperation among teams, flows and documentations are properly valued here.

      Cons

      Seems things don't work too well with ML2, therefore we're changing the hardware and the system as well, not sure how it would work out.
