Magic Leap reviews

There was never a lot of direction in the three departments I worked in at Magic Leap. This would happen for a number of reasons. Either managers got jaded by having no control over their own work or worse, some managers who found themselves in positions they were not qualified for limited the skills and work of people on certain teams. Diversity is an issue. They started a few programs to address this, but these programs have gone nowhere and I felt they were designed to placate certain individuals who saw some of these issues.
