Magic Leap is an amazing company that has come a long way in a short amount of time. It is an inspiring place with the main reason being the employees. We have been able to attract some of the most talented people in the world to be apart of the incredible journey. We are not a complete company yet, but we try everyday to foster an environment of inclusion and creativity.

Cons

As with most start-ups, management is still coming together. We have growing pains as with most companies. We are creating programs to help our managers be better leaders and make this company the best place to come to work.
