Pros

The best software engineers I have never met.

Cons

There's a problem of high management or leadership in Magic Leap, each team tries to make their own things in their corner without coordination with the other teams

Steer clear of the "Magical Mystery"

Pros

Great benefits. Decent pay. Some really great employees. Flexible work schedule. Clean office area, although a bit crowded and noisy.

Cons

Rush, rush, rush. Spend, spend, spend instead of sell, sell, sell. No advertisement of upcoming products that are supposedly going to market this year. Hostile environment. Politics abound. If you're not in a "clique", you're not going to succeed.
